Menstruation cramps savior!
I bought the Sele tea for the first time because of my horrible menstrual pain in my lower belly, that has been worsening by the years. For me it works wonders! I take it a few days before my menstruation begins and during the bleeding days. Before the tea I would spend my bleeding days on bed or I would be forced to go to work with horrible cramps that force me to take pauses throughout the day. Now I can go about my day and feel almost nothing; I've noticed too that it gets better and better in every cycle since I started taking the tea.
